very item of jewellery you purchase from Creative Goldsmiths comes with a comprehensive warranty of quality and satisfaction.

 

This warranty covers workmanship, returns, sizing, maintenance and diamond trade-ups, as follows:

Workmanship
Every item carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against any and all defects in workmanship.

Our 14-day return policy
You may return any item within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. The item must not have been worn, must be in its original condition – as verified by our master goldsmith – and must be in its original packaging. Please bring in your original receipt, as well.

Sizing and re-sizing
We will make sure any ring you purchase is sized properly, at no charge. We will do this at the time of purchase or, if it is a gift, on your next visit.

Most rings also include one complimentary re-sizing at a later date. Please note, however, that some rings cannot be re-sized because of the way they are designed.

Maintenance
We are pleased to provide you with a lifetime of complimentary cleaning and checking of any jewellery you purchase from us. This includes one complimentary rhodium plating to restore the lustre of white-gold pieces.

We will also replace any missing diamonds from the original mounting within two years from purchase – provided the loss is due to manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear.

Diamond trade-ups
You may at any time trade up your diamond for another one, as long as the trade-up diamond is priced at least 50 percent more than your original solitaire diamond.

This trade-up offer is only available on regular-priced items, and only for solitaire diamonds (not multi-stone settings, such as Verragio semi-mounts).

Our master goldsmith will inspect your existing diamond beforehand to ensure that it has not sustained any damage.

This trade-up offer applies to rings, pendants, earrings and some other items.
